// Command 1) Go into any chat room 2) Type in // =Q Command 1) Go into any chat room 2) Type in =q WHAT THIS IS: Guided use this for commands in a chat room Blank Chatline 1) Go into any chat room 2) Hold ALT, type 0160 on the right keypad and let go of ALT 3) Press Enter Bust into a Member Chat 1) Go into any chat room 2) Go into FIND A CHAT 3) Find the chat within the columbs 4) Hold down ENTER untill you enter the room Bust into a Featured Chat 1)Go into any chat room 2) Go into FIND A CHAT 3) Find the chat within the columbs 4) Press ENTER, use the mouse to click NO 5) Repeat step 4 until you enter the chat room Bust into a Private Chat 1) 4.0 Users: Goto FAVORITES, EDIT SHORTCUTS 2) Delete everything in columb 1 3) Enter in whatever you want for the first blank 4) Type in aol://2719:2-2-(PRIVATE ROOM NAME) for the second blank 5) Press SAVE 6) Keep pressing CONTROL 1 untill you get into the chat room Roll Dice 1) Go into any chat room 2) Type in //roll 3) Send it Ignore Certon Members In a Chat Room 1) Go into any chat room 2) On the left is a box with all the members names in it who are in the chat room, find the members name you want to ignore and double click on it 3) Click on the box that says IGNORE Move text over in a chatroom 1) Go into any chat room 2) Hold ALT then type in on the left keypad 0160 3) Let go of ALT 4) Press space bar to the designated spot 5) Type in the text 6) Send it Set Dice Roll 1) Go into any chat room 2) Type in //roll sides*-dice* 3) Replace the *'s with any number you want Align CENTER, LEFT, and RIGHT 1) When talking to someone in an instant message right click in the body, and goto JUSTIFICATION, * 2) Replace the * with CENTER, LEFT, or RIGHT 3) This will make your screen name and your text start in the designated spot Animated Text 1) Type in </HTML> between every letter 2) Note: This only works for 3.0 Users. The more /HTML's you have, the longer the stall Anti-IM Scrolling 1) Note: AOL Signs you off if you send 6 IM's to quickly 2) In order to prevent this, just press CONTROL I instead of using the same one over and over again Blank Instant Message 1) Press ENTER in the body 2) Send it Earthquake Letters 1) Type in <sup>*</sup>*<sub>*</sub> 2) Replace the *'s with your own letters or make more sub and sups 3) Example: Hello Sounds 1) Type in {S (name of sound) 2) '(name of sound)' can be any sound in your AOL directory 3) Some default names are: goodbye, welcome, gotmail, filedone, im, gotpics Invisible Sounds 1) Type in {S (name of sound) 2) Replace '(name of sound)' with whatever sound you want to play Ignore a Certon Member from IMing You 1) Goto Keyword BUDDYVIEW 2) Click on SETUP, PRIVACY PREFERENCES, and mess around with them until you are satisfied 3) Don't forget to save it IM Manipulation 1) Type something on the first line 2) On the second line, either copy the lamers name, or type in yourself, remember, one step below normal size, and red 3) Type in what "they say" and send it Turn your IMs on/off 1) Press CONTROL I, Type in as the name $im_off (turn your im's off) or $im_on (Turn your IM's On) 2) Click AVAILABLE Read Links 1) Highlight the link and press CONTROL C, CONTROL N, CONTROL V 2) Double click on the link Special Characters 1) Goto START in the bottom left corner of your screen, goto PROGRAMS, ACCESSORIES, Character Map 2) You can fiddle around in this Strikeout 1) Type in <S> to turn it off type </S> 2) Example: Hello !! Anti-Mailbomb 1) Goto the first piece of mail you wish to delete and click on it 2) Goto the last piece of mail you wish to delete and hold SHIFT and click on it 3) Let go of SHIFT and just click DELETE BCC 1) Put ( )'s around the name Example: (Hi) 2) Send as normal Fake Forward 1) In the subject put Fwd: (ANYTHING HERE) Fake Reply 1) In the subject put Re: (ANYTHING HERE) Mailbomb 1) Goto MEMBERS, PREFERENCES, MAIL 2) Click on NOTIFY ME... and CLOSE MAIL... so they are unchecked 3) Just keep pressing SEND TOS 1) Forward the mail to TOSEMAIL1 TOS the SPAM (E-Mail that you don't want advertising stuff) 1) Forward the mail to TOSSPAM Buddy List Ghosting 1) Goto KW: BuddyView 2) Click SETUP, PRIVACY PREFERENCES 3) Follow it from there Lame Clone 1) Just replace the name example: Super101 to SuperI0I or Super1O1 Literal HTML 1) At anytime type in </html><xmp> 2) This will make the AOL chatroom take all HTML literally (including it's own) Add to your profile 1) After you are done typing one columb, hold CONTROL and press BACKSPACE 2) Type the next questions and answer it 3) Example: Who do you work for: People Kill Wait 1) When you hold the mouse over the top menu (FILE, EDIT ect.) if you have a circle with a line through it, double click on HELP then select ABOUT AOL and click ok, you ARE UNFROZE! System Information 1) Goto HELP, ABOUT AOL 2) Press CONTROL E for an error log 3) Press CONTROL R for system info 4) Press CONTROL T for tool info 5) Press CONTROL I for modem info Notify AOL 1) Goto KW: TELL AOL 2) You should be able to follow it from there Note: I did not tell you to goto KW: Notify AOL because you can TOS people's IMs from TELL AOL |
